We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to welcome and assist patients at our clinic in Jeddah. This role will be essential in ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities:

• Receive patients at the clinic's main entrance and escort them to the treatment area.
• Show a welcoming attitude to patients and their families.
• Respectfully prevent family members from entering the treatment area.
• Assist with patient needs and the distribution of meals as per the schedule.
• Assist with patient medication delivery and documentation requirements.
• Maintain clinic equipment and assets (*, wheelchairs) in good condition.
• Help with the daily delivery of consumables from the warehouse to the treatment area.
