We are seeking a qualified Saudi candidate who is eager to contribute to a purpose-driven organization. As a Public Relations Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations. You will manage the company's licenses, visas, permits, and other official documentation, acting as the primary liaison between NAOS and governmental authorities in KSA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee employee visa processes, renewals, transfers, and cancellations, ensuring compliance with KSA regulations.
  • Handle recruitment-related government procedures, including Istiqdam requests and work visa allocations.
  • Manage company commercial registrations, municipality licenses, and ensure timely renewals.
  • Monitor Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements and assist in compliance with localization targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all government transactions and employee documentation.
  • Communicate updates in Saudi labor laws and immigration regulations.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with government authorities.

  • Valid KSA driving license and Iqama with transferable option for non saudi.
  • Experience in Wholesale/Distribution/Chemical industry is preferred.
