We are looking for an individual with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of automotive quality assurance.

Role Overview

The Quality Controller is primarily responsible for conducting the final inspection of all work performed on customer vehicles. This role ensures that all services meet the required efficiency and quality benchmarks before the vehicle is returned to the customer, aligning with manufacturer guidelines and internal standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the flawless execution of work through continuous quality control, utilizing appropriate test methods and tools in strict adherence to manufacturer instructions.
• Conduct necessary road tests to verify vehicle efficiency and identify any remaining defects for rectification.
• Inspect the general condition of customer vehicles and accurately record any faults discovered that were not part of the original work order.
• Monitor overall product quality and promptly report any instances of damage.
• Communicate potential opportunities for additional sales, including maintenance, repairs, parts, accessories, and vehicles, to the Workshop Controller.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for the Quality Controller position should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in automotive quality control or a similar role. A solid background in vehicle inspection, diagnostic testing, and adherence to technical specifications is required to effectively perform the duties of this role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in our facility in Jeddah. The role operates within a dynamic workshop environment, requiring close collaboration with service technicians and the Workshop Controller to ensure all vehicles meet the highest quality standards.
