We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic recruitment officer to support the full recruitment cycle and ensure that the recruitment needs of Panda Company are met according to the approved workforce plan. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Optimal implementation of the recruitment cycle at Panda in accordance with the approved policies and procedures.
  • Identifying and implementing regional recruitment action plans for local positions, including tracking stages, interviews, and hiring processes.
  • Ongoing communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience during the recruitment process.
  • Organizing and participating in local recruitment events.
  • Managing the database of job candidates and recruitment reports.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence internal teams.
- Experience in using recruitment and interviewing techniques.
- Experience in a retail or consumer goods environment.

Job Purpose

  • Develop Petromin brand as the customer’s preferred choice by successfully running corporate designed campaigns, celebrating Customer Service Days, developing initiatives taking the retailers on board and activation and development of NFR facilities.

  • Drive achievement of Fuel and CA sale at retail outlets and manage the team of territory managers to enhance sales potential, thus maximizing profitability and revenues.
