Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell a wide range of products and services in accordance with approved quality and customer service standards.
  • Achieve or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall departmental profitability.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Assess customer needs, offer suitable advice, and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Comply with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Ensure accurate and timely collection of applicable fees and commissions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English.
