As a vital part of our sales team, you will assist in the pre and post sales documentation and ensure the completion of sales processes. Your role will involve:

Developer Coordination: Manage discounts, unit availability, and payment acknowledgements, coordinate site visits, and handle developer reporting.
Riyadh Office Coordination: Assist in revenue recognition, track and report lead activities, and communicate updates between Riyadh and Jeddah teams.
Sales Team Support: Equip the sales team with necessary project information, resolve queries, and assist in documentation and contract signing.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is required. You should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in operations, documentation, or customer services, preferably with CRM software experience. Strong operations management skills, good analytical capabilities, and proficiency in MS Excel are essential.
