Overview:
As a Sales Coordinator at IT Pillars, you'll play a vital role in supporting our sales team throughout the sales cycle, ensuring seamless communication with clients and across internal teams. Your contributions will significantly assist in maintaining accurate sales records and supporting the overall growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the full sales cycle including lead generation, proposals, follow-ups, and post-sale coordination.
  • Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate effectively with vendors.
  • Process and verify orders through phone and email, ensuring records are maintained accurately.
  • Manage CRM systems and generate necessary sales and finance reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing, technical, and finance teams.
  • Develop a sales pipeline through cold calling, emails, and outreach initiatives.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales support or coordination is required.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (*, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Must be organized, analytical, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
