Job Title: Sales Manager – Real Estate Development
Location: Jeddah
We are looking for a Sales Manager with strong experience in real estate development to lead the sales team and achieve project targets, build effective sales channels, and manage the customer journey from initial contact to closing and delivery.

We are looking for a Sales Manager with strong experience in real estate development to lead the sales team and achieve project targets, build effective sales channels, and manage the customer journey from initial contact to closing and delivery.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy for real estate projects (residential/commercial/villas/apartments off-plan/selling off-plan).
- Lead the sales team and develop its performance (recruitment, training, KPI monitoring, motivation).
- Manage the pipeline within the CRM and prepare weekly/monthly reports for management.
- Build a network of relationships with brokers/real estate marketers/partners and sales channels.
- Prepare offers, prices, and payment plans in coordination with management and finance.
- Supervise the negotiation process, close deals, document contracts, and collect payments.
- Analyze the market and competitors and suggest initiatives to increase sales and improve the product.
- Enhance the customer experience and coordinate efforts with marketing, customer service, and operations.
Requirements (Essential):
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, with at least two years in a leadership position.
- Proven experience in real estate development (real estate developer/residential projects/selling off-plan).
- Good knowledge of the real estate sales process: reservation, payments, contracts, and pricing policies.
- Strong skills in leadership, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and preparing reports and monitoring indicators.
- Excellent Arabic language skills (English is an additional advantage).
