About the Role
Green Building Solutions Company is seeking a dedicated Sales Representative to join its team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on expanding the client base and driving sales for architectural facade solutions and building materials. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for sales and a commitment to achieving targets within the building and construction sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients to expand the company's customer base.
- Conduct daily field visits to existing and potential clients, as well as project sites.
- Engage with engineering and consulting offices, contracting companies, and real estate developers.
- Monitor new projects and follow up on sales opportunities from initiation to contract finalization.
- Professionally present company products and technical solutions to clients.
- Prepare and follow up on price quotations with clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve set sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Update client and opportunity data accurately within the CRM system.
- Generate periodic reports on field visits, sales opportunities, and overall sales performance.
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment of client orders.
- Adhere to company policies and uphold the professional image of the company at all times.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A minimum of two years of experience in sales, preferably within building materials, finishes, or contracting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a field-based role and achieve sales objectives.
- Possession of a private car and a valid driving license is mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- English language proficiency is preferred.
