About the Role

Green Building Solutions Company is seeking a dedicated Sales Representative to join its team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on expanding the client base and driving sales for architectural facade solutions and building materials. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for sales and a commitment to achieving targets within the building and construction sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new clients to expand the company's customer base.
  • Conduct daily field visits to existing and potential clients, as well as project sites.
  • Engage with engineering and consulting offices, contracting companies, and real estate developers.
  • Monitor new projects and follow up on sales opportunities from initiation to contract finalization.
  • Professionally present company products and technical solutions to clients.
  • Prepare and follow up on price quotations with clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve set sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Update client and opportunity data accurately within the CRM system.
  • Generate periodic reports on field visits, sales opportunities, and overall sales performance.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure timely fulfillment of client orders.
  • Adhere to company policies and uphold the professional image of the company at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A minimum of two years of experience in sales, preferably within building materials, finishes, or contracting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a field-based role and achieve sales objectives.
  • Possession of a private car and a valid driving license is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • English language proficiency is preferred.
