Key Responsibilities – Sales, Customer Engagement, Jeddah Retail
  • Customer Interaction: Welcome, assist, and guide customers through their shopping journey, ensuring a friendly and informative experience in-store and online.
  • Sales Achievement: Proactively achieve and exceed assigned sales targets by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable Nice one products.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate expert knowledge of Nice one’s product portfolio and keep updated with new arrivals.
  • Order Handling: Process customer orders accurately ensuring smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
  • After-Sales Service: Support customers with order follow-ups, returns, and queries providing effective resolutions.
  • Store Presentation: Assist in merchandising, stock replenishment, and maintaining an organized sales floor.
  • Feedback Collection: Listen to customers and relay insights to management to enhance offerings.
Required Skills And Qualifications – Retail Sales, Customer Service, Jeddah
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; further education is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Team-oriented approach with flexibility to work shifts.
  • Proficiency in using retail POS systems.
  • Fluency in Arabic is essential; English is an added benefit.
