About the Role:

The Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in achieving and managing sales targets for new and used units while maximizing the sales of finance and insurance products. This role is essential in maintaining customer satisfaction and NPS standards throughout the customer journey in the Saudi Arabian market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly unit sale targets through a structured sales process.
  • Meet trade-in targets and handle successful trade-in deals.
  • Achieve Finance and Insurance (F&I) product sales targets.
  • Engage customers and promote effective referrals to enhance overall customer experience.
  • Capture comprehensive customer data accurately in the DMS.
  • Complete mandatory training and maintain knowledge of competitive activities.

Required Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and effective communication skills.
  • Ability to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience within the automotive industry.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • A valid Saudi Arabia driver's license.
