Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and achieve monthly sales targets for showroom and online channels.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and manage escalated customer issues.
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate store staff performance.
  • Oversee daily showroom operations.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams.
  • Handle online store operations, including product listings and pricing.
  • Implement promotions and maintain attractive in-store and online displays.
  • Prepare sales reports and share performance updates with management.

Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales and store operations.
  • Proven experience in the KSA market.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
