We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team to achieve both monthly and annual goals. If you are driven and have a passion for real estate, this position is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and guide the sales team to reach their targets.
  • Monitor employee performance and analyze sales results regularly.
  • Develop sales plans in coordination with the marketing team and upper management.
  • Train and develop the sales team to enhance their professional skills.
  • Follow up on potential clients to ensure quality interactions and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and present them to management.
  • Improve work procedures within the team and enhance follow-up mechanisms.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Experience in the real estate sector is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams.
  • Excellent communication skills for building customer relationships.
  • Able to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems (preferably Odoo or equivalent).
