As part of the Saudi Sales Team, the Sales Supervisor role is pivotal in developing Coty's business across Retail and Duty Paid Stores in the Western region. This role requires managing a team of Beauty Advisors and overseeing day-to-day sales in assigned stores.

Key Job Accountabilities:
  • Drive Coty's sell-out and enhance market share.
  • Increase sales performance of Coty products.
  • Execute local strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Oversee store fundamentals such as visibility, stock management, and inventory rotation.
  • Build strong relationships with store managers and staff.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate Beauty Advisors.
  • Track individual performance of Beauty Advisors and ensure they meet their targets.

Communication and Analytics:
  • Report field activities and product performance.
  • Prepare presentations and conduct business reviews.
  • Utilize data effectively in day-to-day operations.

Essential Skills Required:
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • High selling skills and strong commercial sense.
  • Affinity with the beauty industry.
  • Proactive and flexible attitude.
  • Team player with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Requirements

  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
