Join CMA CGM as a Sales Supervisor
As a key member of our team, the Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily sales activities and ensuring the achievement of sales targets within the logistics, transportation, and container storage sectors. This role emphasizes client relationship management and operational coordination to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor daily sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions.
  • Assist in developing sales plans and executing strategies for logistics services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in port operations and related industries.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Support in preparing quotations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in logistics or transportation.
  • Good knowledge of logistics operations, especially in port activities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
