Join Siniora Food Industries as a QSR Sales Supervisor!
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to oversee daily sales operations at our quick-service restaurant (QSR) outlets in Jeddah. This role involves ensuring that sales targets are met while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new QSR, franchise, or multi-site accounts.
- Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients to secure long-term contracts and increase product uptake.
- Pipeline & Forecasting: Identify potential markets, manage a qualified pipeline, and achieve sales targets and budgets.
- Marketing Activation: Execute national and local marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to launch new products and ensure quality delivery.
- Performance Tracking: Utilize CRM tools to analyze and report on sales data, providing updates to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 5–10+ years of sales experience, particularly in the QSR industry or food service sector (experience in KSA is required).
- Proven leadership experience with a strong track record of achieving high-volume sales results.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and financial skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for navigating complex organizational structures.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience converting customers from competitors.
- Knowledge of the technology, infrastructure, or supplies used in QSR environments.
