As a Senior Sales Supervisor, you will lead the sales team to exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Your role will involve developing strategic activities to expand our customer base while driving operational excellence and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the business plan for the Traditional Trade Channel in your region, aligning with company strategies.
- Ensure monthly collection targets are met, contributing to financial stability.
- Provide timely and accurate reconciliation reports.
- Oversee customer visits and adhere to the Journey Plan for Sales Representatives.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure proper replenishment.
- Set and track sales targets for the Sales Representatives.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends.
- Monitor and ensure sales incentives are achieved.
- Regularly assess team performance and provide feedback.
- Participate in the recruitment of key talent for the sales team.
