Main Responsibilities:
  • Financial & Commercial Management: Drive sell-out performance, execute sales strategies, achieve market share targets, and maintain strong store fundamentals.
  • Team & People Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the Beauty Advisors, fostering a positive team environment and tracking performance effectively.
  • Communication & Analytics: Report on field activities and performance, utilize data for decision-making, and maintain clear communication in both English and Arabic.
