The applicant must possess excellent communication skills, the ability to use modern teaching methods, a commitment to developing students' skills, and motivating them to excel in English, as well as the ability for electronic marketing, editing, recording videos, and publishing them on the platform, and most importantly, explanation skills. The salary will be through specific percentages from each subscription, meaning there is no fixed salary but rather done through partnership work contracts. Experience is not required; only the mentioned skills are necessary.
