We are seeking a proactive and organized Secretary who will play an essential role in our firm by supporting daily administrative tasks along with marketing efforts. Located in Makkah, this position is crucial for our operational and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage correspondence, schedule meetings, and follow up on daily administrative tasks.
  • Prepare reports, organize documents, and maintain records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients.
  • Support the marketing team in content preparation and scheduling posts.
  • Manage social media accounts and follow up on advertising campaigns.
  • Handle customer calls and inquiries professionally.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in secretarial work with experience in marketing or account management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
  • English language proficiency is an advantage.
