Carrier is a global provider of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), refrigeration, fire, security, and cold chain solutions. We are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join our team in the Eastern Region of Saudi Arabia, specifically in Dammam or Jeddah. This is a permanent position requiring 2-5 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for achieving business targets and enhancing profitability within the HVAC projects sector. This role involves building a robust sales pipeline and focusing on strategic accounts to secure large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Prepare and submit quotes, then follow up to convert them into orders.
• Conduct market surveys to identify and generate new leads.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in HVAC projects sales within KSA.
• Demonstrated HVAC sales experience specifically in the KSA Eastern Region.
• Proven track record of sales achievement and a strong market network.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of or contacts within the oil and gas sector is an advantage.
