About the Role

SMART Technology Solutions is seeking a Social Media Trainee to join our team in Makkah, with operations in Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are looking to gain practical experience in digital marketing and community management. The role involves supporting the company's presence across various social media platforms, contributing to content planning, publishing, follower engagement, and performance tracking for digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage the monthly social media content calendar.
• Schedule and publish posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and TikTok.
• Write captions and adapt content for each platform.
• Coordinate with content creators and designers to prepare campaign assets.
• Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and reviews.
• Respond to followers in adherence to company communication guidelines.
• Support social media coverage for events, campaigns, and company announcements.
• Track trends, competitor activities, and platform updates.
• Support paid campaigns through audience research and performance tracking.
• Prepare reports covering reach, engagement, follower growth, clicks, leads, and conversions.
• Recommend improvements based on content performance data.
• Maintain the company's brand voice and communication standards.

Required Qualifications

• Student or recent graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Media, or a related field.
• Understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and TikTok platforms.
• Knowledge of content calendars, community management principles, and social media metrics.
• Ability to write clear captions in both Arabic and English.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to organize tasks effectively and meet publishing deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite or other social media scheduling tools.
• Demonstrated interest in digital marketing, technology, and online communities.
• Ability to review data and identify content performance patterns.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Previous internship, university activity, or personal project experience in social media.
• Experience creating Reels, TikTok videos, or event coverage.
• Basic knowledge of paid social media advertising.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
• Photography or mobile videography skills.
• A portfolio or samples of social media work.
