About the Role

Catrion Group is seeking a Specialist, Other Airlines to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on managing and analyzing operational data for various airline clients.

Key Responsibilities

The Specialist, Other Airlines will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date system-related reports and records concerning the operational details of customer airlines, including Foreign Airlines, Private Aviation, and Low-Cost Carriers. This role involves managing flight schedules across different seasons and special periods, as well as summarizing and updating changes to catering orders, meal policies, F&B manuals, and GLP policies through Customer Services. The position also requires overseeing the utilization of the UCAS system by all Catering Units and verifying assembly checklists prior to implementation.

• Extracting and analyzing data from systems into Excel for reporting and statistical analysis.
• Converting analyzed data into actionable information.
• Collaborating with the Sale Support Team to define and implement processes and procedures.
• Identifying and understanding data implementation requirements.
• Assisting in system development, testing interfaces, and implementation plans.
• Providing testing and support for the UCAS System, CRM application, Legal+, and other relevant sales and customer service systems.
• Coordinating with the UCAS team on modifications and enhancements to the UCAS APP to ensure data integrity.
• Analyzing airline customer data for accuracy, identifying key insights, and trends.
• Developing data analysis tools to detect errors or incomplete data.
• Creating airline customer reports and internal sales reports to present data effectively and highlight key insights.
• Maintaining and improving existing sales data analysis tools and related reports.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates for this role must possess a Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required.
