About the Role

Catrion Group is seeking a Specialist, Scheduling to join their team in Jeddah. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Specialist, Scheduling will be responsible for maintaining accurate system records related to customer airlines' operational details across various aviation sectors, including Foreign Airlines, Private Aviation, and Low-Cost Carriers. This role involves meticulous management of flight schedules and close collaboration with internal teams to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain updated system-related reports and records for customer airlines' operational details.
• Manage various flight schedules, including Summer Schedule, Winter Schedule, Ramadan, Schedule Flight Master (SFM), and Sales Order Items (SOI).
• Summarize changes in Catering Orders, Meal Policies, F&B Manuals, and GLP policies related to customers, and update Catering Units via Customer Services.
• Handle Catering Orders and General Information templates.
• Oversee the utilization of UCAS by all Catering Units.
• Verify assembly checklists prior to implementation.
• Extract data into Excel and create graphs and statistical reports.
• Analyze data to derive important and useful information.
• Collaborate with the Sales Support Team to define and implement processes and procedures.
• Identify and understand data implementation requirements.
• Assist in system development, testing interfaces, and implementation plans.
• Support testing and maintenance of the UCAS System, CRM application, Legal+, and other Sales and Customer Services systems.
• Coordinate with the UCAS team on modifications and enhancements to the UCAS APP for data accuracy.
• Analyze Airlines customer data for correct processing and to identify key insights and trends.
• Develop data analysis tools to identify errors or incomplete data.
• Develop Airlines customer reports and Internal Sales Reports to present data effectively and highlight key insights.
• Maintain and improve existing Sales data analysis tools and Sales-related reports.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates are expected to have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. A strong understanding of data analysis, reporting, and system support is essential for this role.
