Join Our Team as a Sterilization Technician
At Andalusia Hospital, we are committed to providing a safe and sterile environment for our patients. As a Sterilization Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of infection control and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean, inspect, and assemble surgical instruments and medical equipment.
  • Operate sterilization machines (*, autoclaves) and monitor sterilization cycles.
  • Label and store sterilized items properly.
  • Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and equipment maintenance.
  • Follow all infection prevention and safety guidelines.
  • Report any equipment malfunction or contamination issues immediately.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma or certification in Sterile Processing or a related healthcare field.
  • Knowledge of sterilization methods and infection control standards.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous hospital or clinic experience preferred.
