Job Summary
The warehouse keeper is responsible for the effective management and control of all physical inventories. This role ensures the receipt of materials from raw materials to finished goods accurately, organized storage, and quick issuance to maintain uninterrupted business operations. The ideal candidate must possess high accuracy, physical capability, and strong familiarity with modern inventory management programs.

Main Responsibilities

Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels by monitoring usage rates and identifying reorder points. Conduct regular inventory rounds and annual physical audits to ensure 100% accuracy.
Receiving and Inspection: Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery notes, checking for quality, quantity, and potential damages.
Storage and Organization: Systematically arrange goods using FIFO or FEFO principles to prevent spoilage or obsolescence.
Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare materials for internal departments or external shipping based on approved orders.
Digital Recording: Update Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and inventory records and systems in real-time using ERP software.
Safety and Compliance: Implement strict health and safety protocols within the warehouse.

Qualifications and Required Skills

Education: Diploma or degree in relevant or related fields.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in a warehouse keeper or warehouse role.
Technical Familiarity: Strong familiarity with ERP/IMS programs.
Physical Requirements: Active participation in arranging parts and materials.
