We are a leading facility specialized in the healthy food industry, and we are honored to announce a job vacancy for Warehouse Keeper in the city of Jeddah.

About the tasks and responsibilities:
  • Receiving and Storage:
    • Receiving incoming materials and goods and verifying their compliance with purchase orders.
    • Organizing materials within the warehouse according to the approved storage system.
    • Updating item data periodically.
  • Issuing and Distribution:
    • Issuing materials based on approved requests.
    • Recording issuance operations in the financial system.
    • Monitoring the movement of goods to ensure inventory balance.
  • Inventory and Monitoring:
    • Conducting periodic inventory and coordinating with the financial department.
    • Preparing periodic reports on inventory discrepancies.
    • Reporting any damage or loss immediately.
  • Safety and Cleanliness:
    • Adhering to safety standards inside the warehouse.
    • Maintaining cleanliness and order in the warehouse.
    • Monitoring the validity of food materials.
  • Control and Responsibility:
    • Keeping all records related to the movement of materials.
    • Taking full responsibility for the warehouse's custody.
    • Cooperating with the purchasing department to meet operational needs.

Qualifications and Required Experience:
  • Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting.
  • Candidates with inventory management courses are preferred.
  • Experience of no less than 2 to 4 years in warehouse management.
  • Experience in using inventory management systems such as ERP, Odoo, SAP.
