As a key figure in the Supply Chain Department, your role focuses on the continuous development and implementation of best-in-class practices. You will be pivotal in maximizing alignment across all stakeholders through enhanced capabilities in collaboration and communication.

Accountabilities:

• Supply Chain Strategy: Drive integration of supply chain strategies across functions and manage execution with all parties involved, ensuring safe project startups and improved business turnover.
• Excellence Development: Develop simplified process roadmaps and evaluate leading technologies to align strategies with best practices.
• Initiatives Function: Implement improvements in supply chain processes, monitor progress using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and ensure adherence to service level agreements.

In this role, you will experience a dynamic and supportive work environment with indoor responsibilities constituting 70% of your work, alongside opportunities for outdoor engagement. Workdays are structured into five days a week, from 8 AM to 5 PM, including an hour break.

Requirements:

• BSc Degree with relevant certifications in Supply Chain Management.
• 5+ years of management experience in supply chain within a relevant industry.
• Competence in MS Office Suite and Oracle implementation experience.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic.

In this executive role, you will lead and drive the Supply Chain Department towards continuous development and deployment of best-in-class practices. Your primary responsibility will be maximizing business alignment between all stakeholders through improved collaboration and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the integration of supply chain strategies across various functions within the organization.
• Manage the execution of the supply chain strategy with all project parties.
• Design training procedures for the supply chain team in alignment with best practices.
• Encourage 'best-practice' sharing through structured meetings and workshops.
• Oversee the development of sustainable supply chain improvements in various operational areas.
• Facilitate the certification process for supply chain sub-departments.

Work Environment:
Indoors: 70%, Outdoors: 30%

Working Days: 5
Days off: 2
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1 hour break)

Qualifications:

• BSc Degree in relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management in a relevant industry.
• CSCP, PMP, and SCOR certifications preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and Oracle.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
