Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Waiter who will provide courteous, professional, and efficient service in line with Rixos Standards of Performance. This role requires flexibility as you may rotate within different departments of the Food & Beverage Division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-standard food and beverage service.
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of menu items to assist guests effectively.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the working area.
  • Handle guest inquiries graciously and establish rapport with customers.
  • Report and follow up on guest complaints timely.
  • Participate in inventory and ensure reduced spoilage.
  • Attend training sessions and meetings as necessary.

Qualifications:
A diploma or degree in vocational hospitality or freshers with up to 1 year of experience in a 4-5 star hotel are encouraged to apply.
