• Greet and seat customers with professionalism, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of the Food & Beverage menu to assist and advise guests effectively.
• Monitor the quality of food and beverages served consistently to uphold our standards.
• Practice excellent customer relations, addressing complaints and queries satisfactorily.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards within the outlet and ensure the upkeep of all service equipment.
• Prepare for service, including mis-en-place and mis-en-scene before, during, and after the service.
• Work to minimize waste, breakage, and spoilage.
• Utilize up-selling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
• Operate safely and environmentally, adhering to health and safety policies.

Conditions for applying for the waiter position – for Saudis only

1. The applicant must be Saudi nationality.

2. Good appearance and etiquette in dealing with customers.

3. Full availability for work (full-time).

4. Ability to withstand work pressure and speed of accomplishment.

5. Previous experience in customer service or restaurants and the Foodex system is preferred.

6. Commitment to work schedules and internal company policies.

7. Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team.

8. Having a valid health certificate is an additional advantage.
