Job Summary:
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, security, and distribution of construction materials, tools, and equipment for project sites. The role ensures accurate inventory management, efficient logistics coordination, and compliance with company policies and safety standards to support ongoing construction operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching materials to project sites.
  • Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Maintain updated and accurate inventory records through ERP or warehouse management systems.
  • Coordinate with procurement, project, and logistics teams to forecast material requirements and optimize stock levels.
  • Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of materials in compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Conduct periodic physical inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Implement and monitor material tracking systems to support project cost control and material accountability.
