Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival

  • Manage reservations, waiting lists, and guest flow

  • Seat guests according to table availability and service standards

  • Communicate clearly with the service and kitchen teams

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance and waiting area

  • Handle guest inquiries and direct them appropriately

  • Support the service team during peak hours when needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality is an advantage

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Presentable appearance and professional attitude

  • Ability to stay calm and organized during busy periods

  • Basic English communication (Arabic is a plus)

  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
