The Role of Warehouse Manager

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations for Ninja in Jeddah. This full-time position is critical for ensuring that goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently and accurately. The role involves managing staff, implementing effective inventory management practices, and optimizing warehouse processes to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all daily distribution center (DC) operations.
• Analyze and follow up on the performance of receiving, storage, picking, and internal returns (IR).
• Ensure the achievement of operational and service Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Control inventory accuracy and actively work to minimize shrinkage and losses.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage the DC budget and control operational costs, including manpower and materials.
• Coordinate effectively with transportation, stores operations, commercial, finance, and HR departments.
• Prepare and present weekly operational reports to the director, covering performance, inventory, and other relevant metrics.
• Plan DC capacity and ensure readiness for peak seasons.
• Resolve operational issues promptly and implement effective corrective actions.
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety and storage quality standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Candidates for this position should possess:

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field.
• Strong leadership capabilities to manage and motivate a team.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage complex operations.
• A keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality across all processes.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah Province, within a dynamic quick-commerce environment.
