About the Role

Anan Golden Real Estate is seeking a dedicated Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our team. This full-time position is based in the Makkah region, covering both Jeddah and Makkah cities, and requires 5-10 years of proven experience in real estate sales. The consultant will be responsible for guiding clients through their real estate journey, from initial consultation to successful sales completion, ensuring a professional experience that aligns with the company's standards and achieves sales targets.

Role Summary

The Real Estate Sales Consultant plays a crucial role in understanding client needs, recommending suitable real estate solutions, and actively managing the client relationship. This involves consistent follow-up to ensure the completion of sales transactions and the achievement of set sales objectives, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive clients and respond to their inquiries across various communication channels, including phone, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Engage with potential clients and convert leads into active sales opportunities.
  • Provide tailored real estate consultations based on individual client requirements.
  • Clearly explain project details, including location, pricing, payment plans, and unique features.
  • Organize appointments and conduct field visits to projects when necessary.
  • Maintain continuous follow-up with clients throughout the sales process until completion.
  • Update client data and sales opportunities accurately within the CRM system.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
  • Prepare periodic reports detailing client status and deal progress.
  • Collaborate effectively with marketing teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Stay informed about the latest real estate projects, market offers, and competitor activities.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification.
  • 5-10 years of demonstrated experience in real estate sales.
  • Solid understanding of the real estate market and financing systems.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
  • Competent computer skills.
