Customer Service and Reservations Employee Required (Remote – Night Shift)

We are looking for a Saudi female employee to work with us in managing reservations and customer service for tourist apartments.

Tasks:

• Responding to customer inquiries.
• Managing and following up on reservations.
• Coordinating with the operations team when needed.
• Following up on customer messages and resolving minor issues.

Requirements:

• Saudi nationality.
• Previous experience in customer service.
• Located in Jeddah.
• Proficient in using a computer.
• Polite in dealing and quick to respond.

Work Location:

• Remote.
• Night shift.

Salary:

1,500 SAR per month.
