1. Strategic Planning
•Develop an annual marketing and sales plan aligned with the company's objectives (launching SaaS products, software solutions, technical services).
•Conduct market research (locally and regionally) to identify opportunities and threats, and analyze competitors.
•Identify target sectors: small and medium-sized enterprises, government institutions, and the private sector.
•Draw a competitive pricing strategy for the company's products and services.

2. Sales Management
•Build and develop the sales team (recruitment, training, performance monitoring).
•Prepare sales presentations and customized solutions for clients (B2B, B2C).
•Negotiate with key clients and close deals.
•Monitor monthly and quarterly sales targets.
•Develop strategic partnerships with technology companies and distributors.

3. Digital and Technical Marketing
•Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, SEO).
•Manage social media channels and marketing content.
•Collaborate with the development team to highlight the advantages of technical products in marketing campaigns.
•Organize technical webinars and workshops (Webinars, Events).
•Improve the company website and user experience (UX/UI).

4. Customer and Relationship Management (CRM)
•Manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track potential and current customers.
•Develop customer loyalty programs and retain them.
•Receive customer feedback and convert it into inputs for product development.
•Build long-term relationships with key accounts.

5. Analysis and Reporting
•Prepare periodic sales and marketing performance reports to present to senior management.
•Analyze the return on investment (ROI) of marketing campaigns.
•Use market analysis and marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Power BI).
•Track key performance indicators (KPIs): number of new customers, monthly recurring revenue (MRR), customer acquisition cost (CAC).

6. Leadership and Development
•Motivate the team and achieve their individual and collective objectives.
•Keep up with the latest trends in digital marketing and software.
•Collaborate with the operations manager and project manager to ensure output alignment with the market.
•Represent the company at technical exhibits and local and regional events.
Requirements
- GOSI Registration Required or Sponsorship Transfer
- Requires 2-5 Years experience
- Intermediate in English
