The main tasks include:

• Managing and developing the workforce and improving production efficiency
• Setting operational and production plans and ensuring their implementation
• Monitoring product quality and ensuring compliance with specifications
• Managing the budget, analyzing costs, and improving financial performance
• Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards
• Coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Developing and updating work procedures according to the latest industrial standards.

Requirements
