In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of our syrup production processes. Your main duties will include operating the syrup room, preparing batches, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations in the syrup and CIP rooms.
• Prepare syrup batches according to product specifications.
• Conduct quality control checks after each batch preparation.
• Ensure proper operation of sugar dissolving units and maintain brix and temperature.
• Follow ingredient preparation and dumping processes diligently.
• Prepare CIP chemicals and maintain sanitary conditions.
• Keep accurate records of production data.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, hygiene, and food safety norms.

Qualifications:
To excel in this position, you should have:

• A diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering/Technology or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of industrial experience in beverages, dairy, or fruit juice.
• Experience in syrup preparation technology and food safety norms.
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
