Join Napco National as a Sales Executive!
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to expand our customer base and enhance our market presence. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell a comprehensive range of company products to assigned customers.
  • Implement planograms correctly to optimize product display.
  • Issue special order requests as needed.
  • Collect invoices in accordance with the company's aging policy.
  • Prepare documents for call cycles and business reviews.
  • Identify and report on new customers in your geographic area.
  • Address customer complaints and relay them to the sales team leader.
  • Present customer orders and daily collections to the team leader.
  • Issue return forms for defective products and secure necessary approvals.
  • Monitor customer accounts and secure signatures/approvals during quarterly reconciliations.
  • Conduct inventory checks during visits to oversee warehouses and shelves.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum Education: High School Diploma.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar field.
