Key Responsibilities:

• Sell a wide range of company products to assigned customers.
• Implement planogram effectively.
• Issue special order requests as needed.
• Collect invoices according to the company’s aging policy.
• Prepare necessary documents for call cycles or business reviews.
• Detect and report new customers in the area to the team leader.
• Handle customer complaints and report them to the team leader.
• Present customer orders and daily collections to the team leader.
• Issue return forms for defective products with proper approvals.
• Perform quarterly customer account reconciliation.
• Conduct inventory checks during visits of warehouses and shelves.

Qualifications:

• Minimum High School degree.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar field.
