About the Role:
The Human Resources Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing daily HR operations and ensuring the effective implementation of HR processes. Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the recruitment and hiring process from job posting to onboarding.
• Updating and maintaining employee files and records.
• Managing contracts, renewals, vacations, and absences.
• Contributing to the improvement of HR procedures and internal policies.
• Coordinating with different departments to meet their HR needs.

Qualifications:
To qualify for this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition.
• A diploma or bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in the same field.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Familiarity with labor systems and social insurance.
