Join Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as an IT Assistant Manager at our prestigious hotel in Madinah.

As a key member of our team, you will oversee the IT operations, ensuring the technology infrastructure is reliable and secure. You will report directly to the Director of IT and manage various systems that enhance both guest experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, networks, hardware, and software.
  • Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems.
  • Provide technical support to staff and ensure optimal operations.
  • Implement security measures to protect data.
  • Manage IT projects and collaborate with departments for optimal solutions.
  • Train and develop IT staff.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations regarding data protection.

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in IT management within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and network security.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication ability with technical and non-technical staff.
  • Proficiency in English.
