A customer service representative is required to work in an investment company, where the job requires communicating with clients with a high level of professionalism and persuasion. The job includes the following tasks: making phone calls, recording and documenting customer requests in the system, following up on complaints until resolved, adhering to specific scripts, and coordinating with the relevant departments to ensure the best service is provided. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in computer programs.

Tasks and Responsibilities
