Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

The Field Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing on-ground marketing activities to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth. This role focuses on building strong relationships with customers, partners, and the community through field campaigns, events, and direct engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Field Activation & Outreach

• Plan and execute field marketing campaigns, promotions, and sampling activities
• Conduct on-site visits to partners, companies, malls, schools, and community locations
• Represent the brand professionally at events, exhibitions, and local activations
• Distribute marketing materials and ensure brand visibility across targeted areas

Lead Generation & Customer Engagement

• Generate qualified leads and follow up with the sales/operations team
• Engage with potential customers to explain services, offers, and brand value
• Collect customer feedback and insights to improve marketing strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and partners

Brand Awareness & Reporting

• Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines in the field
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Prepare weekly reports on leads, activities, KPIs, and results
• Support digital campaigns with offline activities when required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or promotional activities
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Valid driving license (preferred, depending on location)
