Job Description:
The Arab Corn Company is looking for an experienced Procurement Specialist to assess the needs and requirements of various organizational units for materials. The ideal candidate will ensure access to the best purchasing prices from suppliers and oversee the receipt of bids from service providers and evaluate them.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assess the needs and requirements of various organizational units for materials and prioritize purchases.
• Conduct specialized studies and analyses and market surveys to obtain the best purchasing prices.
• Supervise the process of receiving bids and evaluating them in coordination with other administrative units.
• Build a database of material and supplier prices, and prepare documents and reports related to sales.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management

Skills:
- Procurement Regulations: Advanced
- Reporting/Monitoring: Advanced
- Languages: Arabic (Advanced), English (Advanced)

Experience: Two years in the field of procurement.

Housekeeping Floor Supervisor
As a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor, you will support the Housekeeping Department by ensuring the upkeep and cleanliness of the entire hotel. This role involves:

• Allocating work duties to Team Members
• Performing routine inspections of all check out rooms and conducting spot checks of all occupied rooms
• Reporting and following up on any maintenance defects or other issues
• Inspecting service areas, store rooms, and corridors regularly
• Scheduling and supervising deep cleaning and other projects
• Managing and training Room Attendants and other Team Members
• Efficiently managing stock control and maintenance of equipment
• Providing excellent Guest service, including special requirements for VIPs
• Ensuring adherence to hotel brand standards at all times
