About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-driven Health & Safety Manager to oversee all hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at Four Seasons Hotel Madinah. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Leading and managing the hotel’s food safety and hygiene program.
  • Implementing and monitoring HACCP systems, hygiene procedures, and sanitation standards.
  • Conducting regular hygiene inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
  • Ensuring compliance with ISO standards, local regulations, and managing inspections.
  • Investigating hygiene-related incidents and implementing corrective actions.
  • Developing and delivering training programs for staff.

What You Bring
You should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Food Safety or a related field and have proven experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel. Strong expertise in HACCP, food safety systems, and local regulations is essential.

About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and detailed-driven Health & Safety Manager to oversee all hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at Four Seasons Hotel Madinah. This role is primarily responsible for ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchens, food production areas, stewarding operations, and food storage facilities, while ensuring compliance with ISO, HACCP, and local health regulations.

What You Will Do
  • Lead and manage the hotel’s food safety and hygiene program, ensuring full compliance across all kitchens, restaurants, and food handling areas.
  • Implement, monitor, and continuously improve HACCP systems, hygiene procedures, and sanitation standards.
  • Conduct regular hygiene inspections, audits, and risk assessments in kitchens, stewarding, and food storage areas.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards (such as ISO 22000), and local municipality and health authority regulations.
  • Act as the primary contact for all hygiene-related inspections, audits, and regulatory visits.
  • Monitor food receiving, storage, preparation, and service processes to ensure strict adherence to hygiene standards.
  • Investigate hygiene-related incidents and non-conformities, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Develop and deliver hygiene and food safety training programs for Culinary, Stewarding, and relevant hotel teams.
  • Maintain accurate hygiene documentation, records, and reports, including audit findings and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef, Stewarding, Purchasing, and Engineering teams to ensure hygiene standards are embedded in daily operations.
  • Oversee pest control programs and ensure effective coordination with approved vendors.
  • Promote a strong food safety culture throughout the hotel, reinforcing accountability and continuous improvement.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Safety, Environmental Health, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Health & Safety Manager or similar role within a luxury hotel, resort, or large food service operation.
  • Strong expertise in HACCP, food safety systems, and kitchen hygiene best practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of ISO 22000, and local food safety regulations.
  • Professional certifications such as HACCP, Food Safety Level 3 or 4, or equivalent are highly preferred.
  • Excellent auditing, documentation, and reporting skills.
  • Strong communication and training abilities, with the confidence to work closely with culinary leadership.
  • High attention to detail with a proactive and preventative approach.
