• Prepare hotel contracts in accordance with current business and pricing conditions.
• Coordinate with various hotel departments to enhance guest experience and establish comprehensive sales programs.
• Attendance at sales events when required.
• Generate accurate and timely reports for the Sales Director and senior management.
• Answer customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
• Manage staff performance in line with company policies.
• Recruit, manage, train, and develop the Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets for rooms, villas, groups, and events.
• Source and contract new business from leisure, MICE, corporate, and high-end travel segments.
• Prepare and negotiate rate agreements, packages, and group proposals in line with pricing strategy.
• Promote and upsell resort services including food & beverage, spa, and activities.
• Manage relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate accounts.
• Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, and site inspections.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
• 3–5 years of experience in hotel/resort sales, preferably in luxury settings.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing key accounts and developing new business.
