At Ninja, a fast-growing food delivery platform born in 2022, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic Sales team. In this exciting role, you will drive sales by acquiring new restaurant partners and supporting existing ones to maximize their performance on our platform. Your contributions will be critical in building strong relationships and ensuring partner satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and approach potential restaurant partners
  • Present and promote our platform and services
  • Negotiate and close sales deals
  • Support existing restaurant partners to increase their sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any related field
  • Previous sales experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good command of English
  • Practical, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work both in the field and in the office
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
