Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and project owners.
  • Analyze project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to prepare accurate technical and commercial proposals.
  • Coordinate with technical office, production, planning, and logistics teams to ensure feasibility and timely delivery.
  • Follow up on tenders, pricing negotiations, and contract awards.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to market expansion.
  • Conduct site visits and provide technical support to clients when required.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors’ activities, and pricing strategies.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Precast / Hollow Core / Precast Wall sales in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong technical understanding of precast systems, structural drawings, and construction methods.
  • Proven negotiation and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Valid driving license.
