Sales Supervisor - Influencers Program



🎯 Job Objective:

Leading and motivating a field sales team within the "Influencers Program" to achieve the sales camp objectives and build an outstanding team capable of turning every sales point into an impactful experience that leaves a mark on customers.



📌 Duties and Responsibilities:
• Full supervision of implementing the field sales plan and achieving the specified goals for the camp.
• Attracting, training, and developing new sales representatives in line with the program's philosophy and spirit.
• Creating a high-performance motivational environment centered on innovation, inspiration, and positive impact.
• Daily follow-up on team performance, raising reports, and providing recommendations for performance improvement.
• Organizing schedules and sales locations and ensuring effective coverage at targeted points.
• Empowering the team to turn challenges into opportunities, and "rejection" into successful deals.
• Building positive relationships with customers and guiding the team to deliver an exceptional experience in every interaction.
• Maintaining the brand standards of "Stay Connected" in the field and enhancing its image in the market.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in supervising field sales teams or sales training programs.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and build high-performance teams.
