Job Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and guide the residential sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies suitable for the local market.
  • Train and develop the skills of sales employees and motivate them to achieve optimal results.
  • Enhance customer relations and improve the purchase experience.
  • Prepare periodic performance reports and submit them to management.
  • Monitor the market and competitors to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills Required:
  • Saudi nationality (a must).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Good knowledge of the residential real estate market in the Kingdom.
  • High leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in handling sales-related digital systems and technologies.
